Hammerhead sharks can not be pinned down to one particular kind like many sharks. There are actually many different kinds of Hammerhead sharks some are smaller and eat fish and smaller sea life, but there are other larger hammer head that attack larger prey including other sharks here you will learn a bit about hammer heads in general and a bit about each variety.

There are several different varieties of sharks, some are not so fierce but others such as the tiger shark are extremely vicious. Tiger sharks for the most part spend their days resting and they stay in the deeper parts of the water. At night though they will get closer to the shore and when they do this they are looking for prey.

The walrus is a large aquatic mammal that lives in and around the Arctic Ocean, northern Pacific and Atlantic Oceans, and in the Laptev Sea. The walrus is the only living member of the Odobenidae family, and the Odobenus genus. There are two sub-species of walrus: the Atlantic walrus that lives in the northern parts of the Atlantic Ocean and the Arctic Ocean, and the Pacific walrus, which lives in the northern parts of the Pacific Ocean and the Laptev Sea.

The whale found in safety is indeed thrilling for tourists and whale watchers as they observe these intelligent creatures and mammals of the sea. The public and conservationists place whales very close to their hearts. There is a duty of care where the beaching of whales and why they do this is concerned. There are charters and in some instances closer watching although a boundary is adhered too.

Sharks are fascinating animals. I am not just talking about the great whites, the bull sharks, and the tiger sharks which are all amazing in their own rights but there are so many species of sharks that most people do not even know about and they are all quite different from one another in some respects. The Goblin Shark is fascinating mainly because it is so ugly.

However, the ocean holds other secrets aside from these beautiful species, and that include the rare sea creatures. These rare sea creatures are often found at the deepest part of the sea or at the remotest area of the ocean. Some of these creatures include gulper eel, dragonfish, giant squid, vampire squid, and the long-nosed chimaera.
